      Okay but far from great

      Pros

      Pays is competitive although becoming less so because bonuses keep getting reduced

      Cons

      Volatile environment. Have had 13 bosses in 13 years. High turnover because of frequent (at least annual, sometimes more) complete top-down restructuring. Benefits keep getting cut.

      Pros

      Lovely crew to work with and lots of on-site perks (gym, discount cafeteria, etc.)

      Cons

      Not enough space to list them all including, but not limited to, brutal schedules, antiquated and unsecured software (it's no wonder they were hacked), astonishingly low pay, lack of proper training (essentially it's here's your desk and off you go), low employee on the totem pole is ALWAYS held accountable (someone has to be the scapegoat), far too many expectations for the money (there's that bottom line consideration). I really didn't need to know all this about my own health insurance.

      Pros

      - Many internal opportunities for advancement/growth - Opportunities for work from home jobs (depending on what you do) - Bonus structure was a positive - Having a gym at the office was a plus - Discount in the cafeteria for choosing health choices

      Cons

      - Lay people off annually and doesn't help them find internal jobs - Constant reorganizations - Consistent state of confusion due to all the changes in healthcare (I suspect all managed care organizations are dealing with this with all the changes and mergers) - I get better healthcare through the company from my spouse's insurance than working for Anthem
