Non that I can think of.

Cons

Nearly everyone hired is a contractor. There is no loyalty to be had. Even though you are a contractor, they direct and dictate like you are an FTE, which is completely against labor laws. Yes, I know I agreed to be hired as a contractor, but you can't have it both ways.

The pay was decent and we were treated fairly.

Cons

They are based in India. There is no local presence in the USA. It is a PO box in a California strip mall. They only have one client (Prospect Medical). Prospect upper management is clueless and constantly interferes with IT Operations.
