Eleven Recruiting feels like family! Everyone is welcoming, and collaborative, and holds each other up. Mistakes are approached as ways to grow, and learn, instead of ways to get fired. Leadership is hands-on and does a great job of supporting your growth. The Work Life Balance and This company also offers great PTO/STO Benefits.
Cons
As the company is relatively young, there are always growing pains and new processes that are being put in place. Come ready to adapt to changes.
