      The level of talent in the people ElevenLabs has brought on board is truly impressive. For a company that is moving and growing at the pace it is - communication from Leadership has been very consistent and clear. From the founders all the way to newly brought on VPs/Managers. There is a real sense of pride to be working here and it's felt across the board. Working with cutting edge technology in an inspiring environment like this one has been a real pleasure for the last 6 months.

      Cons

      Difficult to stay connected with the global team sometimes as we are fully remote and moving/hiring at a rapid pace.

      Pros

      I've had nothing but a positive experience throughout my time at ElevenLabs so far! The culture they have cultivated is an engaging one with so many eager, talented people from vastly different backgrounds. Everyone has such an affinity for all things tech/AI, and we all enjoy playing around with new products and services - whether it's our own or from other big players in the field developing new and exciting features from which to learn - it's honestly a big playground for a young and innovative team that's growing really quickly. It's not uncommon to wear many different hats and to shift your responsibilities. Professional growth in this company is common - I started out in one role, and in a matter of a few months I shifted to another that suits my skills and preferences.

      Cons

      Very slight, but certain time-zone differences can be challenging sometimes! That said, most global meetings are scheduled with this in mind.
