      Pros

      Flexibility with schedule/make own schedule. Actively moving job, outside, not behind a desk. Working with kids and make an impact on the younger generations

      Cons

      Little to no feedback from upper management on how to improve, "You're doing all the right things, there's nothing to improve". Feels like it's an old boys club where they look out for themselves and not the kids/community they work with

      No support from the back office. I have emailed and called multiple times still don’t have access to the schedule
