Pros

I used to work for this company back when I was still a college student, and it was a enjoyable experience as long as you enjoy being around kids. The work is straightforward and pay is pretty decent. Thankfully my location was at a good school, so experience is dependent on where you are stationed.

Cons

If you aren't given a designated school to stick with, you will have to travel and commute to various schools. And the schools you work for can be a hit or miss. Watching over multiple kids from varying grade levels can be chaotic sometimes.

Pros

Flexibility with schedule/make own schedule. Actively moving job, outside, not behind a desk. Working with kids and make an impact on the younger generations

Cons

Little to no feedback from upper management on how to improve, "You're doing all the right things, there's nothing to improve". Feels like it's an old boys club where they look out for themselves and not the kids/community they work with
