Pros

Its amazing working with the kids and teaching them exercises and sports Good leadership experience

Cons

Horrible coworkers and management, other coaches will be incompetent and in some cases useless. You will be left to do your job by yourself. Management expects you to pick up the slack on the other persons end. The teaching aides that supervise are often unsupportive of the program and may seek to make your job more difficult. Weird company in general, coworkers were teaching kids about transgender issues but management threatened discipline against me for actually performing my job

Pros

#1... you make an impact in the lives of kids #2... it is a afterschool part time job leaving you open in the mornings

Cons

#1... Working with a large number of kids is overwhelming. #2... Pay is limited to the type of deal they make for the district. Tops $20/hr.
