      A company changing for the better

      Pros

      The atmosphere is pretty good, and active steps are being taken for improvement. Most of the leadership sees there have been problems and are making changes. Employees are generally working together for the greater good.

      Cons

      With the changes being made, a few people have been used and abused along the way. Some changes were necessary, some do not seem to be so.

      Pros

      The hours and pay are decent for the location. Most of the lower level employees try to put forth a good product and care about what they are doing.

      Cons

      Misguided management and a good portion of the team leads cut corners whenever possible. I was actually counseled for not doing safe maintenance by a team lead that was trying to use a phillips screwdriver as a flight control rig pin while correcting me and when I mentioned the situation I was told to not question supervisors. Won't be surprised when Elliott turns a plane into a burning hole in the ground.
