Ellucian provides a lot of resources for their employees above and beyond normal benefits, like mindfulness and community service hours. There are 11 Employee Recourse Groups (ERG). Management truly cares for their employees.

Cons

As a remote employee, sometime you feel disconnected from those in offices.

Cons

Although in USA, ellucian has paved the way of naming itself a SaaS company, that´s not the case for the other regions. As such, a lot of endevor, investment and commitment is required from the executive team and ellucian´s owners to make that SaaS vision real.
