Pros

Has a great work culture and environment, people are quite interactive. Company tries to make sure that they don't give you unnecessary troubles by calling you to office unless its really very urgent. Provides great career opportunities to flourish.

Cons

I don't seem to feel any cons, maybe should provide joining bunus
