      Be Prepared for a High Turn-Over Rate

      Pros

      Learn a lot in a short period of time. Most of the Team Leads are helpful if you get confused or concerned about something.

      Cons

      Because it's easy to find replacement contractors, you can and will be let go without cause within a short timeframe. Hours will be dropped outside of peak season, which will be difficult to pay bills with.

      For a long time employee; good pay and vacation time

      Cons

      Management really making bad decisions financially. They do not seem to be looking to a long term direction. There are many VPs with high salaries; decisions about renting space in a high rent district when they owned a building; sales team being brought to Budapest when company is losing money. Client confidence is being lost and this reflects in sales.

      New technology is introduced quiet frequently. Project planning and training is poorly done. Training costs are spoken of but never provided only to select key members others are just thrown in the fire to figure things out. Don't expect any raises...
