      Pros

      I cannot think of anything.

      Cons

      I had been stressed out working at this place. They give no relief to this. Management just keeps telling you that you are not doing good enough. This means you have callers angry because they have to be on hold because they do not staff correctly. After I had quit they had given me my last paycheck a week later they took it out, the payroll department do not know what they are doing.

      Pros

      They pay decent. But for the new joinees paying heavily to attract the talent Work life balance is awesome.

      Cons

      Technologies being worked are legacy except for few countable projects if you are fortunate enough to get there. No benefits for recreation.No bonuses too. Around 60% of the managers in India office are very partial and give importance only to persons who revolve around them rather than giving importance to actual talent. If you are technically sound and want to take up challenging work there are countable projects.
