      Pros

      Efficient Great communication Expectations I could expect were clearly set and followed Friendly and welcoming Professional Well staffed On-boarding portal well laid out and intuitive Pre-employment training portal setup to lead new hire without confusion Expectations for first couple weeks of employment are clear and leave little question.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to report. This experience exceeded expectations set by previous employers. HR concerned most concerned about my comfortable transition rather than their own time expense.

      Weird title but think how comfy it is to slide into a pair of hand-made shoes. From a super easy and positive recruitment process; to inside 2-weeks I was feeling like I was part of a team that I had been with for years. Professional, open to new ideas, and working together as a team. Like a hand-made shoe it was simply extremely comfortable. Good people working together towards a common goal Clear vision of the future Management understands the current environment; doesn't sugar-coat challenges, and outlines clear strategies to overcome them Meaningful onboarding process The company embraces remote employees Good benefits

      A good mix of very technical people. People willing to collaborate on projects and help out. Some extremely smart people to collaborate with .

      Cons

      There were too many changes to management direction and a lot of turnover. Employees tend to feel on the edge and the work / life balance is almost non existent
