      Pros

      The best thing about Ellucian is if you are proactive and love to work with teams, this is the place to grow and make your career and lear some wonderful technologies as well.

      Almost no long term travel opportunities

      Pros

      Flexible hours. People who work in the trenches are the best of the best. Company does try ans stay up on the latest technology.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is growing. However if you are a developer in the US be very cautious about your decision to join Ellucian. The R & D organization is investing heavily on growing their organization in India so there will be limited new positions and growth in the US. As of right now there has not been any layoffs of US employees, but it is only a matter of time.

      Nothing is good except the coffee, tea and snacks facilities provided

      Cheap people from Top to Bottom. Bad Bosses and Country heads. Hell lot of Corruption. Racism, Bullying, regionalism rampant. Stay away from this company
