Good pay. You can Work remote. Most people other than the current cloud directors are good people.

Cons

Job security sucks The IT cloud directors make horrible decisions. The lay off the senior engineers to replace with lower admins. Its to bad. I had high hopes for this place. I just dont see it having good job stability with the current leaders.

Benefits start from day one. 3 weeks vacation.

Cons

Too many really great people have left, many more are leaving. Turnover among senior leadership is appalling. Poor mid-level and upper management, poor sales management. Health benefits getting worse each year.

Pros

Insurance is decent, no one seems to work more than 40 hours, so work life balance is good. Flexible with office and work from home

Cons

It's very hard to get anything accomplished here. There either isn't a process and no one is willing to do extra work to create one, or the process is so convoluted and takes so long- you give up halfway through. They say they're a cloud company but that is not the case. Workday is going to put this company out of business. Middle management that does nothing is very heavy here and a lot of legacy employees are very stuck In their ways. Innovation is not key here.
