      Many opportunities, with a lot of positions being remote. Many positions available in the Technology Management area to work on a college campus, functioning like you're part of the college, though with Ellucian benefits.

      Cons

      Working on it, but need to improve internal career development. Can be difficult to determine which positions are appropriate level compared to your own, depending on which division you're in.

      Many positions are remote, so you don't need to be near an 'office'. A lot of employee engagement groups formed and the information for improvement is being taken seriously. The flagship product is undergoing a transformation using cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      Many remote positions require a ton of travel, or require knowledge of one of the heritage company's tech. Sometimes too specific for lateral career moves.
