      Pros

      The Banner software provides a solid enterprise solution for higher education. It is good to work with a dependable product.

      Cons

      The management teams are competing with each for business. The result is a confusing delivery solution for both the consultants and the client. Administration focuses on the success of sales and not on the improvement of the product. The product will not be competitive in the near future if there is not a significant infusion of funds, innovation, and staff in the development area.

      Pros

      Tremendous people and institutional customers are gracious with their time. Marketing team is strong, sales team is unreal. Strong, smart. Company pays extremely well and bonuses are generous. Most of executive team is smart, friendly and passionate about higher ed.

      Cons

      Some management very tough. Unnecessarily so. Morale is a bit low on some teams because of certain individuals. Upper management should keep a close eye on morale.
