Upper mgmt doesn’t even remotely try to understand their employees. Horrible! If you don’t have super thick skin, don’t even bother.

A lot of individual contributors. Collaborative. Incredible customers.

Cons

A lot of attrition at most senior levels. This delays progress by months if not a year at a time. Typical to hear: “in my three years here I’ve reported to four different bosses and seen two COOs, two CMOS and three CROs.” Etc.

Cons

no guidance on job responsibilities no clarity on what I was responsible for no coaching from management can be fired without warning they conned me into accepting a lowball offer, a colleague hired for the same position was payed almost double what I was making
