too many old employees started working in ellucian since they joined as freshers, No chance to grow, You need to work under them although they do not know anything in technical, Cannot tolerate there rusted skillset and managements. I am getting laugh to even talk about this company,

Employees still care about their product and who they support. Get to work remotely and use technology to attend meetings.

Cons

Corporate culture has changed so much and not in a good way. Too many experienced employees are let go and leave with no one to mentor people with less experience.
