1. Company reads you termination guidelines on day one to establish that you are expendable. 2. You don't really do much and most responsibilities are held by the schools. 3. management is micro managing everything and looking for excuse to terminate. 4. Training environment is not good. 5. This is a revolving door position you need to look for a better opportunity.

Executive Leadership has been making promises to customers and employees for years now. They have even asked folks to use Glassdoor to promote how great everything is. Don't believe everything you read. Backfilling many, many positions cleared to sell the company last year, is NOT this huge growth statement being promoted.
