As with many companies that are leading industry transformation, we have had some changes on the leadership team in order to meet the changing needs of our business. Despite this, we recently completed our employee engagement survey and for the second year in a row we have had 90%+ participation from employees around the world and management and leadership continues to rank among the greatest strengths of the organization in these results. Additionally, our employee net promoter score is 87%.
