      Great work/life balance. Strong leadership

      Cons

      I've been here for over 4 years and have seen very little advancement for myself and fellow colleagues. The benefits are the worst I've ever seen. If you're looking for a stable place with great benefits this is not the one for you.

From flexible telemedicine options, generous PTO, matching 401(k), parental leave, mental health, caregiver support, & virtual fitness to unique perks such as 40 hours/year of PTO for Charitable Leave (we are really big on giving back to our communities 😊) – we aim provide the benefits, programs, and time off to enable our employees to thrive.

      This company makes choices that are handed down from management that are not always in the best interest of the employees, so it makes you wonder if the employees really matter.
