      Pros

      Great team, steady environment, a lot of freedom to be part of leadership decisions like building new client portfolio offerings etc. Excellent leadership team - I have learned a ton in my 6years Very respectful, up lifting - of course you have to have a interest to participate etc

      Remote - 100% remote is my challenge besides that not much to complain

      The working environment, there are some extras like base vacations are higher than the media. You also get good extra bonuses.
