Pros

Everyone is very supportive especially with new employees and new student workers. Base pay for any student worker is higher than minimum wage.

Cons

There are not really many cons. A more diverse community would be nice to have, but that is about it.

Pros

This is an excellent place to work either as an adjunct or permanent professors. All levels of instructors, lecturers, professors are treated equally, fairly, and with great respect, by colleagues and university staff. Still excellent despite cons below.

Cons

Students are becoming more demanding in seeking grades that they do not deserve. While administration, colleagues and staff are respectful, students are less so. Some have attitude that professors are their servants.
