      Tuition Remission for staff, spouse and children. Beautiful outdoor environment. opportunities for some professional development and education. Great fitness center at no cost.

      Cons

      Distinct social and professional hierarchy of people based on division between Physical Plant, Hourly, Salary, Faculty and Administrative Staff. The leaders are almost all white men in suits.

      Expectation of you get involved with everything and be apart of everything student coordinators are coddled and can't be disciplined Not much turnover A lot of top down decisions
