Pros

Elsevier gives employees the platform to learn lot of new things.

Cons

Employees are given the platform to learn but not given the opportunity to implement. The TL and TM who doesn't have technical knowledge but they create pressure on the team without understanding the technical glitch/access limitation.

Undefined responsibilities, lack of communication and planning between groups, lack of long-term vision and execution, many urgent and stressful requests, non-competitive salary for the work, pressure to stay connected during vacation to deliver on customer needs, health coverage is ridiculously expensive
