Pros

• Diverse group of employees from various time zones • Creative use of technology to drive innovation • Great set of employee benefits • Ample tools allowing employees to work in whatever ways work best for them

Cons

• Some groups tend to be in silos, cutting them off from innovations happening in other parts of the company • Many layers of management, so reorganizations (that seem to happen regularly) often blindside employees
