      - Work-life balance - WFH - Leadership that truly cares about their employees - Building products or services that you can be proud of

      Cons

      - Comparatively low salary - The negative of being pro-employee is tolerance for low performers. - As with any large organization, Elsevier is starting to suffer from trying to address issues by adding layers of managers and processes. It takes a toll and sometimes gets in the way of doing work.
