Global work culture is not followed in local offices. Too much work Flat Structure, limited scope to grow professionally. Less Salary.

Good people who help each other.

Cons

Too many 'projects' that have no rational. Lots of repetitive work. That is, same work in displayed in different forms for the management. 1 hr, 2 hr... 4 hr and 5 hr meetings are quite common
