Pros

Great deal of autonomy to make a real difference, handled Covid very well, and nobody was laid off or put on reduced salaries. Culture and people are great, and after a number of years in Technology this is probably the best Place I have ever worked.

Cons

Ask a lot, I have been doing a number of roles for a significant period of time, it's taken it's toll in terms of time spent, general pressure, and work life balance.
