A big name under a weak management

Pros

All kinds of products and services

Cons

Politics, micromanagement, data-driven (they don't really understand the customer, only play the models). Top management esp. C-levels are not capable at all. Situation became significantly worse since 2012.

Good place for brown-nosers

Pros

Salary, vacation days. Good people at the worker level.

Cons

If you're intelligent, competent, accountable, and creative, you will not succeed here. The company encourages mediocrity, being a yes-man (or woman), and brown-nosing. Independent, creative thinkers need not apply. It's assembly-line work, regardless of your role. Employees and customers are both seen as necessary evils. Don't speak up about inferior products or poor customer service. They have no interest in fixing issues - just silencing you.
