Pros

The company is known for its Work culture and Pay, it was great working there. Bonus celebrations and people were good

Cons

Work is quite challenging it depends on the team manager and the department you are in not able to connect with other teams which results in internal miscommunications

Great company, good worklife balance and friendly colleagues. Management is generally good and company seems to listen to its employees.

Cons

Unclear career development and not much opportunity for promotion. Pay is average and no bonuses or other monetary benefits.
