Pros

From my experience a friendly culture with great people who are always there to help. Very understanding management and a very good set of tech learning resources.

Cons

Joined on the graduate scheme which at the time lacked much of a structure. Experience will vary by team but in my case have found myself using somewhat antiquated technologies and working methods.
