Thank you for your review. We have many open plan spaces for increased collaboration and creativity. We also have offices and maintain an open door policy as an organization. Managers keep their office doors open when they are not on calls. However, should employees want to discuss issues with their managers, privacy for employees are of utmost importance. So, offices provide this and our managers are generally accessible to employees.
