Pros

generally a laid back work environment, with pockets of good people to work with and work that is challenging. there are many problems to solve in this industry, so good for people up to the challenge.

Cons

limited communication from senior management, dynamically changing industry with an organization that is somewhat resistant to change / facing the facts. personal growth is completely up to you, nobody will help you with this. it's a big organization that can be hard to navigate
