* Decent benefits * Some good processes in place * Generally enough resources to do work * Generally good work/life balance in my department

* Lots of politics * Infighting and silos can make it difficult to achieve * Some favoritism and nepotism resulting in some incompetent leadership * Strategy and directions not always clearly communicated

Really enjoy the environment and the team I work directly with. Good opportunities to learn different areas if you are willing to take on additional work

Cons

Values career development, but is unclear as to what it takes to get to the next level. A lot of effort and initiative will get noticed, but not fairly compensated
