the salary is OK, work time from 10:00am to 6:00pm, no oncall.

Cons

elutions claimed energy saving, the actual effect is so poor that many customers litigation. The company's business mainly by marketing, not technical strength. The company's boss is two twins, they do not devote business development in the company, but keen on changing lucxury cars

Pros

Cool products and coworkers. Plenty of hats to wear.

Cons

Dysfunctional management of suppliers. Every mistake is justification for non-payment and lawsuits. Every build of hardware is with a brand new supplier that makes a mistake, or misses a delivery date and gets no money and a lawsuit for their efforts. When I was there I waited months for travel reimbursement. I know one person who had over $25000 in pending expenses, on his own credit card of course.
