Unionized and an OK cafeteria that the president doesn't pay for but all the staffers do. Makes sense to me. Close to home. Beautiful campus.

Cons

Lack of respect, plenty of finger pointing, no ownership, terrible salary. Worst place ever. Some staff treat the clients as an interruption. They fire folks all the time and very rudely. My boss was escorted out because of budget cuts!!! Misery abounds!

The residents are rewarding to work with daily! Most of the direct care staff and few lower management are great to work with.

Cons

The pay sucks! The lack of respect & trust from Management is disheartening. The policies for allege abuse are high-management believes clients over staff. The company cries poor mouth to the employees, yet they are top heavy.
