Large testing library with all the assessments you could ever want, and frequent training opportunities to make sure you stay current in the field and get your PD hours

Cons

Low salary and could be stretched very thin across multiple schools in a broad geographical area so you never really have time to form relationships and become a trusted member of the school community

- Care for those that are in need - Many great coworkers - Rich history and community -Much potential to do great things

Cons

- Executive management does not know how to lead. They sway between micromanaging and just straight up ignoring you. When they ignore you, they only show up to tell you what you did wrong while they ignored you, then go back to micromanaging you, only to drop off again. Rinse and Repeat. - There is no trust in your decisions or your expertise by certain executive members. I have been told I am not following best practices despite the fact I have a degree and network of individuals in my field I communicate with to make sure I am. The problem is they simply do not like what I am doing and try to push their own agenda. - Bullying behavior from manager.
