This company has grown so much over the 2+ years that I have been part of the team and I see only opportunities in our future. The company is always focused on what we can do to be better and I see this same drive in all of our employees. The executive team does a great job of being transparent. I love that we still make time to have fun, the culture is great.

As I read the reviews on this site, I'm noticing that everyone's experience isn't the same. I've worked at EOA for over a year and have had no issues. I do my job as I'm supposed to and treat people as I want to be treated. The management team at EOA does expect great work to be done, and I believe that any business should follow that. EOA has been great to develop my career, and I would say not to be deterred by the negative reviews. EOA does focus a lot on culture. When you work with people eight hours a day, it is important that people are sharing the same mindset about being positive and having fun while working. PROS: Remote Culture EOA Has a culture and value system they want to stand by Managers that genuinely care for their employees.
