Pros

Good Benefits. Good if you want to learn about database management and other developer tools.

Cons

Not all people go through the interview process which seems unfair to the rest of us. No ownership of a person's actions or mistakes. The environment has become hostile where you feel you cannot trust anyone. Not a lot of respect given. You cannot demand respect, you have to earn it and treat others with respect. No room for growth or advancement which is leading to churn.

Pros

For the most part there are alot of hard working and intelligent employees.

Cons

Quotas are set so that the company makes it's number but very few people in sales or sales management makes their quota. Very high turnover as a result. Products are stale and in need of enhancements. Company needs to hire new Executive leadership across the board.
