Pros

Great people and products at the time. New owners, new CEO & management now, so proceed with caution.

Cons

Lack of focus on core competencies surrounding what were great products. Hopefully under new management and the splitting of the product groups will lead to focus & growth again.

Pros

Nice co-workers and some niche technology. Slow pace overall compared to startups. A good place to learn a new skillset if that is what you need.

Cons

Private equity control means no possibility of options or decent bonuses. Very little team spirit or investment in employees. A career pit-stop, not a booster.

Great employees, Terrible Management.

Pros

I loved everyone in the office. Everyone was so friendly from the start and it genuinely continued like that until the end.

Cons

Management, and HR are on different pages. Nobody has a grasp on legality of policies, and management bullies employees into submission. Layoffs are common for such a small company. There doesn't seem to be much loyalty here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is underpaid and overworked. Absolutely no team work in my department, you're being told there's a problem as the rest of the team is running out the door to go home.
