Extremely good environment to grow and to deal with different technologies, great people.

Cons

Unstable upper management. Capricious decisions on the way made great loses for the company.

Pros

You can make some money here. Products are a bit old and are losing their importance in the market. Good place to start but dont expect along term career.

Cons

Poor management, not innovative, bad work life balance, horrible training, don't listen to customers or employees.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, great folks to work with, good benefits, lower management & HR really took care of the employees.

Cons

Upper management out of touch with issues and not receptive to hearing constructive criticism. Fear of retaliation if mention of issues which was an discouraging as it directly affected the revenue stream.
