Pros

Strong collegial atmosphere with great people. Loyalty among the team is extremely high. Some solid products with good customers. Great downtown SF location. Fantastic club trips

Cons

Company doesn't invest in specific area of specific products enough. Making the EBITDA number is king, so cutting staff, projects, investments, etc in order to make the number all are common practice. Highest level executives (CEO especially) do not have a realistic understanding of how our products fit in the competitive landscape.

Co-workers are fun and lively, good medical and 401K matching

Cons

The CEO has made some major changes to save money and is cutting corners I don't personally believe they should cut.
