      Great opportunity to have a big impact and learn. Tons of ownership Strong focus on the customer with lots of research & validation of ideas Incredibly fun (and funny!) team who really cares about the team as a group of humans!

      Normal growing pains of a hyper-growth startup -- it can be a little messy at times and you'll spend a fair amount of time onboarding new people.
