Great people! Embark offers a collaborative team full of bright, creative, and interesting people who are very passionate about what they do. The company is very customer centric, always striving to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Cons

Like any startup, Embark has experienced some growing pains. Bandwith can sometimes be an issue, as there are always great ideas but not always enough people to get everything done. These issues are definitely resolving as the team grows!

If you're considering working at Embark, you're likely a dog person. People here are very passionate about dogs, this company and the company's mission. The execs here are accountable, personable, and very intelligent. Those traits also apply to everyone at the company. The company is also growing quickly with tons of opportunities to learn different skills/info.

Cons

The fire drills can get pretty stressful and hectic so be sure to remember to take some time off.

Amazing, fun, BRILLIANT people! Extremely positive working environment, Super accepting and inclusive. Dog-friendly office. Probably unlike anywhere else you've worked before. Value a good personality fit rather than just the CV.

Cons

We're growing so fast that the office is getting too small...but working from home is an option too!
