Pros

The management is nice, and supervisor is willing to teach you. Good medical benefits and PTOS. Easy to park outside the hotel

Cons

very low pay rate, just $11.50 and most important thing is that you will not be tipped by all the customers because their breakfast is complementary!! I would say this is not a busser job is a an attendant.

Pros

Amazing work environment Flexible working hours (subject to approval) Very employee friendly Good pay within the industry High level of involvement in the day to day strategy development of hotel portfolio

Cons

Expansion leading to a higher employee base with limited growth prospects Excessive admin work More time spent looking at past performance rather than spending the time looking at future strategy People hired from outside the hotel industry will need extra time to prove themselves (just the way it is)
