Pros

The flexible hours were nice. Unlike restaurants you knew when you were leaving. Discount on decent food was also a plus. No micro manage.

Cons

Low pay, most people didn't tip banquet servers because the banquet form had a "service charge on it which most assumed was for the servers.

Pros

Great co workers, and management all the way up knew everyones name. It was a very friendly place.

Cons

not very much room for advancement unless you were willing to relocate.

John Q. Hammons hotel company managed but 2015 new owner and management. Was a good family atmosphere and great hours.

Cons

Benefits are weak. Pay is weak for the market.
