Flexible schedule, supportive supervisors, work from home contracts

Cons

The higher management is not supportive. Everchanging policies with little to no heads up. You will train FOREVER and none of it will be applicable to your actual job.

Pros

Benefits are better than normal since it is non-profit but moved from BCBS which is a better company. Workers there are overall nice. Leaders try and helps to offer advancements if possible.

Cons

They have some questionable leaders that have been there many years even though they do a bare minimum job. They take better care of the leaders than frontline workers.
