Pros

Friendly people on site and in corporate office. Pay and benefits as a corporate employee are okay.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations of corporate level employees and very little training or assistance from C Suite/ regional leaders. The c suite has potential to be great but are extremely disorganized and wear too many hats. They preach a culture of putting the right people in the rights seats but do not stop to analyze if they are the right people for their own seats.

The onsite staff is amazing. Pulls together like a family.

Cons

Corporate forces staff to be verbally accosted by guests and then makes them apologize-zero empathy Has made manager work 3 months without a day off Motel 6 mentality Shows obvious favoritism to other hotels that are "making money" Salary compensation for employees is subpar Expects managers to work 24/7 but not compensate them
